HYPACK 2025 Q2 includes further changes and bug fixes introduced since the release of Q1. Hardware support has been expanded to include the new Nortek Signature and Nucleus models, adding more flexibility in depth data handling – users can now choose between using averaged values from the four slanted beams or the direct measurement from the vertical beam. Updates were also made to the Kongsberg KMALL and NMEA drivers, allowing more versatile data logging, while changes to the PosMV driver improve the handling of incoming messages.

In the HYSWEEP module, a new GeoAcoustics GeoBeam driver has been added, enabling integration with Hydro-Tech equipment, and Kongsberg data handling has been enhanced through automatic detection of installation parameters. These improvements make working with multibeam data and sound velocity profiles easier and more reliable.
